MB373D SINGLE CUTTER SHEARING MACHINE

Application:

Model MB373D shearing machine is mainly used for shearing hards or thread end on the surface of woolen fabric, cotton fabric and embroidery.

Feature:

  • The speed of shearing cylinder is adjusted by a pair of V-belt pulley, which with two steps. The fabric is adjusted by inverter.
  • Lifting of shearing cylinder: pneumatic.
  • Seam detector, electric alarm, button control, shearing blades lift up by pneumatic.
  • Transimission of fabric: Forward and inching back.

ME503E SINGLE CUTTER SHEARING MACHINE

Application:

Model ME503E is suitable for the surface shearing of knitting fabric and woolen fabric.

Model ME503E(C) is suitable for the surface shearing of all kinds of knitting fabric. Model ME503E(L) is suitable for the surface shearing of woolen fabric when combining machines. The fabric after shearing is slippery with short, it improves the value of fabric.

Feature:

  • Controlled by man-machine conversation and PLC.
  • The rotating speed of the cylinder is raised to 1200 r/min which increases times of shearing in the unit length on the fabrics.
  • Seam detector, electric alarm, button control, shearing blades lift up by pneumatic.
  • The cylinder rotating speed, the fabric speed and fabric tension are controlled by inverters.
  • When a fabric seam is detected, a buzzer alarms and the shearing cylinder should be lifted manually.

ME509A PRECISION SHEARING MACHINE

Application:

There are three models of this machine: Model ME509A is mainly used for surface shearing of woven fabric such as leather based cloth and so on. ME509A(C) is suitable for shearing of knitting fabric, curls, hairiness or thread end on the surface of weaving, towel fabric, loop fabric and decorating fabric. Model ME509A(M) is used in surface shearing of woolen and worst fabrics.

Feature:

  • Shearing Cylinder can be adjusted variably by inverter, with traversing device and grinding blade on the machine is realized. The shearing blades are universal use with model ME503 breed of shearing machines.
  • Adopted swing fabric table seat when meet fabric seam which makes sturcture action more stable, avoided shock motion and distortion of shearing blade.
  • Fabric feeding roller, fore guiding roller, main guiding roller and fabric output roller controlled by inverter respectively, fabric speed and tension can be adjusted variably. Fabric reverse with constant tension is realizable. Three sections of fabric tension adjusting: Fabric feeding tension is between tightening bracket and the position from feeding roller to fore guiding roller, it is controlled by speed difference between feeding roller to fore guiding roller. Shearing tension is controlled by speed difference between main guiding roller and fore guiding roller. Fabric output tension is controlled by speed difference between main guiding roller and fabric output roller. Adopted tension detector in feeding area and output area respectively which controlls the tension change accurately and keep steady. Change the fabric tension by setting in the touch screen.
  • Main shaft bearing of shearing cylinder is adopted imported double row needle roller bearing and spherical spherical base which improves dynamic compactness of knife edge.
  • The adjusting of shearing height is driven by servo motor, detected by beeline potentiometer, digital display and easy to operate.
  • Adopted seam detector, when it detects seam, the machine will electric alarm, and the shearing cylinder lift up automatically or manually.
  • The shearing cylinder lift up by pneumatic to facilitate the maintenance of shearing blade.

Application:

The machine is mainly used in shearing curls、hairiness or thread end on the surface of weaving、knitting、towel fabric、loop fabric and decorating fabric, and also used in surface shearing of woolen and worst fabrics.

Feature:

  • Controlled by man-machine conversation and PLC, the speed of shearing cylinder and fabric are adjusted by inverters.
  • Adopted the replacing cutting table (patent) to effect the optimal control for different fabric..
  • The shearing cylinder lift up by pneumatic to facilitate the mainte- nance of shearing blade.
