714A SUEDING MACHINE

Application:

The machine is suitable for surface sueding of knitting fabrics of cotton, synthetic and their relevant blends. After the processing of sueding, the fabric will produce the comfortable surface as soft as the surface of a peach.

Feature:

  • Four high-speed sueding rollers(sanding papar or abrasive brush), which are adjusted variable by inverter.
  • Adopted bracket roller and press roller in the front and rear of sueding roller.
  • Adopted new designed bias notion structure to adjust the length of arc covered between the fabric and sueding roller.
  • Adopted floating roller controlled by electronic to adjust the fabrictension.

ME715D/D(Z) SUEDING MACHINE

Application:

The machine is suitable for surface of woven fabric, knitting fabrics, figured fabrics of cotton, synthetic and their relevant blends.

After the processing of sueding, the fabric will produce a soft and smooth surface with shock and symmetrical fluffs.

Feature:

  • Adopted sueding roller with abrasive brush and sueding roller with sanding paper for different fabrics, number is six.
  • Brush can embed fabric, which will produce a soft and smooth surface with shock and symmetrical fluffs and keep the tenacity of fabric after brush.
  • You can adjust the length of arc covered between the fabric and sueding roller on control panel. Press roller controlled by electronic and drove by cylinder.

Application:

The machine is suitable for surface sueding of pure cotton and their relevant blends.

The fabric after sueding is soft and slippery with short, even fluffs and clean texture.

It improves the value of fabrics.

Feature:

  • This machine adopts PLC, human-machine interaction screen and displacement sensor to relize automatic control of the whole operation of it.
  • Driving system with inverter-controlled multi motors, terse in structure, easy in maintenance.
  • Modular vertical structure, relized the combination of rigid sueding roller and flexible sueding roller

ME776A SUEDING MACHINE

Application:

This machine is mainly used for surface processing of pure cotton, blended, hemp, polyester fabrics, etc. The fabric after sueding is soft and slippery with short, even fluffs and clean texture.

Feature:

  • The Silicon Carbide sueding roller which adopts planetary mode of operation, provides a wide contact with the fabric surface, functioning mildly with the wire imbed into fabric structures.
  • This machine adopts PLC, human-machine interaction screen, and inverters to realize automatic control of the whole operation of it. It also has a capacity of technique parameter storage, which enables technique reappearing.
  • This machine adopts tension sensor, which provides presetting of fabric tension and automatic feedback functions, enabling a constant-tension sueding process.
  • The patented Al alloy triangular bracket structure and fixed spreading roller makes it easy to adjust fabric-roller contact area and spread or flatting fabric surface.
  • The adjustable spreading roller’s rotation speed and the fabric-roller contact angle can be adjusted.
